Shooting Range Instructress (Female)

We are seeking a physically fit and responsible Female Shooting Range Assistant to support daily shooting range operations. The ideal candidate will ensure range safety compliance, firearm handling assistance, customer service excellence, and equipment maintenance while maintaining a clean and organized facility. This role requires the ability to carry firearms, ammunition, and range equipment safely and efficiently.

Training will be provided for candidates without prior experience

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer service support to members and visitors
• Enforce shooting range safety rules and firearm safety protocols
• Monitor safe weapon handling and shooting activities
• Prepare and manage shooting lanes and target systems
• Maintain range cleanliness and operational readiness
• Assist with firearm check-in/check-out procedures
• Support gun rental operations and equipment distribution
• Conduct basic range equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Coordinate with team members for smooth daily range operations

Candidate Requirements

• Female candidates preferred
• Physically fit and capable of lifting and carrying guns, ammunition, and range equipment
• Strong understanding of firearm safety and range safety compliance (training provided for freshers)
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Ability to work in a security-focused and fast-paced environment
• Responsible, disciplined, and safety-conscious
• Team-oriented with attention to detail
