HighLife, Pakistan's leading wellness and luxury lifestyle brand, is looking for a Shop Administrator for our Karachi outlet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store administrative operations.
- Maintain inventory records and stock reconciliation.
- Prepare sales reports and coordinate with head office.
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure excellent customer service.
- Process invoices, payments, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with sales and service teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain store records, filing, and reporting systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, retail operations, or store management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
