SHOP ADMINISTRATOR

Location: Karachi

HighLife, Pakistan's leading wellness and luxury lifestyle brand, is looking for a Shop Administrator for our Karachi outlet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily store administrative operations.
  • Maintain inventory records and stock reconciliation.
  • Prepare sales reports and coordinate with head office.
  • Handle customer inquiries and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Process invoices, payments, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate with sales and service teams for smooth operations.
  • Maintain store records, filing, and reporting systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, retail operations, or store management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
