Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers providing exceptional customer service and a welcoming experience.
• Engage with customers in person and over the phone, attend to inquiries, and provide product recommendations.
• Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, conducting regular stock checks to avoid shortages or overstock.
• Monitor laundry equipment and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Addressing customer complaints resolving them effectively
• Implement promotional strategies through social media to boost sales and enhance product visibility.
• Handle cashiering duties including processing transactions, managing cash and credit card payments, and handling product returns and exchanges.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, ensure the sales floor is presentable, and implement visual merchandising according to brand standards.
• Coordinate daily pickup and delivery routes with Driver and monitor schedules to ensure timely dispatch and on-time delivery
• Ensure proper handling of receipts and financial records
• Prepare daily and weekly reports (orders, revenue, deliveries)

About You

• Experience in Retail/Laundry industry is preferred
• Friendly, reliable, and passionate about delivering great customer service
• Comfortable multitasking and managing time in a fast-paced environment
• Confident communicator — in person, over the phone, and via messaging
• Sales-minded with the ability to recommend and upsell services
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and busy operational periods.

Compensation

Competitive pay based on experience. Opportunity to grow responsibilities and compensation as the business expands

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
