Shop Assistant/Commercial Janitor (1+ year exp req)

Precision Manufacturing is looking for a Shop Assistant/Building Janitor

Clean air conditioned shop

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the building. Heavy Janitorial duties that include: Mopping shop floors, cleaning restrooms, daily/weekly cleaning of administrative offices. Clean exterior/interior windows, stock kitchenette and restrooms with supplies, and perform minor repairs on a regular basis. Wipe up spills and other hazards with sponges and squeegees.

- Shop Maintenance duties include: checking coolant levels, empty chip barrels from machines, mop floors around workstations daily, clean machines, empty garbage.

This is a very fast paced position, you must have high energy and have the ability to work quickly with minimal supervision.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Previous related experience (prefer 1+ years janitorial experience)
- Reliable Attendance is imperative!
- Able to follow directions

- Must be organized, detail oriented and have the ability to multi task, you will be pulled in many different directions.
- Willing to learn
- Great attitude
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs
