Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented In-Shop Glass Tech to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for cutting, polishing, fabricating, and installing glass in window, doors, furniture, more. Your expertise will ensure high-quality craftsmanship, safety, and efficiency on every task.

In-Shop Services / Cutting Table Work for Glass Company

Responsible for:

— Precise measuring for accurate cutting

Must have command of reading tape measure

— Cut glass and install into picture frames and furniture

— Cut glass for windows, doors, custom orders, tabletops, mirrors, more

— Install glass into windows and doors

— Use caulk guns or putty to glaze glass into windows and doors

— Use and maintain glass edging machinery

— Polish glass edges using machinery or sanding

— Off-load supplier deliveries

Includes package deliveries and sheets of glass from glass suppliers

— Load and unload customer items to/from their vehicles

— Prepare field installer’s materials for next day’s work

— Manage stock inventory and reorder needs

— Keep shop in tidy condition

Must be able to lift and carry heavy items.

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
