What You’ll Do

• Help our team with daily shop tasks — organizing materials, prepping parts, and keeping work areas clean
• Assist operators on lasers, press brakes, and welding stations
• Learn how to read prints, use tools, and measure parts accurately
• Move and handle sheet metal safely and efficiently
• Work side by side with experienced fabricators who will teach you every step of the way

What We’re Looking For

• No experience needed — just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Interest in hands-on work and manufacturing
• Reliable and safety-minded
• Comfortable lifting materials (up to 50 lbs) and staying active throughout the day
• Great attitude and teamwork skills
