Shop Incharge cum Cashier. (HINDI IS MANDATORY) (FEMALE)

We are looking for 1 Female candidates for Shop Incharge cum Cashier for maintaining the smooth operation of our retail Mobile and laptop service store, ensuring financial integrity, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role demands a combination of cashiering proficiency and managerial skills, making it a valuable asset to the business.

Job Description

- Accurately handle cash, credit/debit card transactions.

- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and ensure the security of cash and transactions.

- Oversee and support shop staff.

- Assign tasks, ensure proper training, and maintain a motivated team.

- Maintain accurate records of daily sales, expenses, and financial transactions.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.

- Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and well-maintained.

- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate authorities.

- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.

- Monitor and enforce security and safety protocols.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional education in business or management is a plus).
• Proficient in HINDI and ENGLISH is mandatory.
• Proven experience in cashiering and retail.
• Strong math and numerical skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficient in basic computer skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
