Description:
JOB PURPOSE
Keep production areas clean, safe, and operational, supporting the continuous flow of the industrial process and preventing risks from metal scraps, slag, oils, or waste.
MAIN FUNCTIONS
Industrial cleaning:

Remove steel waste, burrs, slag, and scrap.

Sweep and clear cutting, bending, and storage areas.

Clean up oil or industrial fluid spills.
Production support:

Keep the line stocked according to the line operator’s instructions.

Collect material leftovers and sort them.
-
Transport waste to designated areas.
-
Support cutters, benders, and operators when required.
Safety and prevention:
-
Keep aisles and evacuation routes free of obstacles.
-
Prevent accidents from sharp objects or slippery surfaces.

Report unsafe conditions.
Waste management:
-
Separate reusable scrap from final waste.
-
Comply with internal environmental standards.
Order and operational discipline:

Keep tools organized.
-
Comply with industrial safety protocols.
-
Use PPE correctly (cut-resistant gloves, steel-toe boots, hard hat, safety goggles).
Requirements:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Basic or secondary education; preference for prior experience in production environments or workshops.

Minimum experience: 0–1 year in industrial cleaning or production support is advantageous.
QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE/COMPETENCIES/ABILITIES)

Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and waste handling.

Ability to identify risks and report them.

Basic training in the use of PPE.
