Job Overview:
We are seeking a responsible and experienced Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hypermarket at a labour camp. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in labour camp settings, manage staff effectively, maintain excellent customer service, ensure proper stock levels, and achieve sales targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Manage and guide staff, including scheduling, performance management, and training.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Monitor store cleanliness, product displays, and merchandising standards.
• Handle customer queries and complaints to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Track sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, the warehouse, and the accounts department for operational needs.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a store/shop manager, preferably in retail, hypermarket, or labour camp environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of inventory control and POS systems.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting skills.
• Experience in labour camp operations is highly preferred.

Job Details:

• Salary: Up to AED 5000
• Working Hours: Shift-based schedule

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
