We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Shop Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing shop operations, and driving sales.

As Shop In-charge, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing customer service strategies to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Managing store operations to maximize profitability
• Training, motivating, and developing staff
• Monitoring and analyzing sales data to identify trends and insights
• Ensuring compliance with safety and security regulations
• Maintaining a clean and organized store.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of Retail Experience in premium fashion, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for customer service.

Looking for candidates from the Arab and European regions residing in Kuwait.

Preference is given to candidates with prior experience in roles such as senior sales associate, supervisor, or assistant store manager for this position.
