Shop Sales Representative

Job Introduction

Assist customers with inquiries and provide friendly, professional service.
Promote and sell products while creating a positive and engaging shopping experience.
Prepare and package items, and arrange products on shelves and display areas.
Monitor inventory, handle receiving and returns, and maintain accurate stock records.
Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Perform daily sales reconciliation and prepare basic performance reports.
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
Support customer satisfaction by responding to needs quickly and effectively.

Job Experience

Minimum Matriculation (SSC) or Intermediate (HSSC) qualification.
1–2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or store operations.
Fresh candidates with strong communication skills and willingness to learn may also be considered.
Experience in FMCG, fashion, electronics, cosmetics, or similar industries is preferred.
Basic knowledge of cash handling, inventory management, or merchandising will be an advantage.
