Shop Sales Representative

Overview

Job Details:

Assist customers with inquiries and provide friendly and professional service.

Promote and sell products while ensuring a positive and engaging shopping experience.

Prepare, package, and arrange products on shelves and display areas in an organized way.

Monitor inventory, handle receiving and returns, and maintain accurate stock records.

Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.

Perform daily sales reconciliation and prepare basic performance reports.

Work closely with team members to ensure smooth store operations.

Support customer satisfaction by responding to needs quickly and effectively.

Help maintain proper product availability and store presentation standards.

Job Experience Requirements

1 to 2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or store operations.

Fresh candidates with strong communication skills and willingness to learn may also be considered.

Experience in FMCG, fashion, electronics, cosmetics, or similar industries will be preferred.

Basic knowledge of cash handling, inventory management, or merchandising will be an advantage.

Good interpersonal skills with a customer focused attitude.
