Ready to roll up your sleeves and lead from the front? We’re seeking a dynamic Shop-based /Working Foreman to power our operations at our North Phoenix headquarters, a building under 10,000 Sq Ft! You’ll be the heartbeat of our shop, mastering machine coordination, organization, logistics, mechanical aptitude, front office coordination, and inventory management to keep projects on track. • Oversee machine coordination, ensuring equipment is prepped, maintained, and ready for field projects.
• Drive organization of shop resources, tools, and workflows to maximize efficiency.
• Manage logistics, coordinating material deliveries, truck stock, and job-site readiness.
• Apply mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform hands-on repairs or maintenance.
• Handle front office coordination, liaising with project managers and admin to align schedules and priorities.
• Own our inventory management, tracking parts and supplies (e.g., via integrated software tools) to prevent shortages and control costs.
• Support a small team of technicians, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion of their in-shop tasks.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a foreman or lead tech in controls, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or similar trades.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, highly organized with hands-on skills in shop-life for clean-materials companies.
• Desire to no longer travel, rather be in-OFFICE / SHOP-based and no longer in the field.
• Exceptional organizational and logistical skills to keep the shop running smoothly.
• Comfortable with front office coordination, bridging shop and admin teams.
• Familiarity with inventory systems (bonus for experience with digital tools).
• Leadership mindset with clear communication to facilitate teams and coordinate with office staff.
• Local to North Phoenix or willing to commute to HQ.
