Shopifiy Intern

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to assist in managing our Shopify store. The intern will gain hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, from setting up products to handling customer orders and ensuring smooth delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and managing the Shopify store.
• Upload products, manage inventory, and update pricing/packages.
• Coordinate and track customer orders from purchase to delivery.
• Ensure packaging and dispatch processes are properly handled.
• Respond to basic customer queries related to products and orders.
• Support day-to-day e-commerce operations and report progress.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Shopify or willingness to learn.
• Interest in e-commerce, digital stores, and online business operations.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with online tools (Excel/Google Sheets, Email, etc.) is a plus.
