Shopify Data Entry Specialist

We are looking for a mid-level Shopify Operations & Data Entry Specialist to manage product data, content, and backend operations. The role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and strong written English for product descriptions and other content.

Key Responsibilities

• Upload and manage Shopify product data, including Titles, descriptions, pricing, SKUs, and variants, as well as Product images and optimization, Collections, tags, and categorization.
• Write and edit product content in proper English
• Ensure data accuracy and quality control across the store
• Handle CSV imports/exports and bulk updates
• Perform basic Shopify backend tasks, including updating inventory and editing navigation.
• Coordinate with the Bahrain-based team for approvals and updates
• Maintain documentation of updates and tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Shopify product management or e-commerce operations
• Strong written English for product content
• Proficient with Shopify admin panel and product setup
• Familiarity with CSV bulk uploads
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
