Shopify Developer

We are looking for a skilled, creative, and technically strong Shopify Developer to build, customize, and optimize Shopify stores across multiple brands. The ideal candidate must be highly proficient with Shopify themes, Liquid code, UI/UX principles, speed optimization, third-party app integrations, and Shopify 2.0 frameworks.

You will work closely with our design, marketing, and eCommerce teams to transform brand visions into seamless, high-converting Shopify experiences.

Key ResponsibilitiesStore Development & Customization

• Build, customize, and optimize Shopify websites
• Edit themes using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Liquid
• Create custom sections, templates, and functionalities
• Implement Shopify 2.0 features and upgrade existing themes

Integrations & Functional Enhancements

• Integrate third-party apps (Klaviyo, ReCharge, Loox, Judge.me, PageFly, Booster, etc.)
• Setup Shopify → Amazon/Walmart/eBay/Meta integrations
• Optimize checkout, cart, and product pages for conversions
• Configure shipping, taxes, payments, and backend automations

Performance Optimization

• Improve site speed, Core Web Vitals, and mobile responsiveness
• Resolve bugs, theme conflicts, and layout issues
• Ensure SEO-friendly structure and clean code practices

Maintenance & Support

• Provide ongoing updates, fixes, and enhancements
• Work with the graphics and branding team to bring designs to life
• Create and manage backups & theme duplications
• Manage metafields, custom data, and dynamic elements

Technical Problem Solving

• Troubleshoot app conflicts, store errors, and theme liquid issues
• Implement custom features without breaking existing flows
• Create developer documentation for future scalability

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Shopify Developer (2+ years preferred)
• Strong command of:
• Shopify Liquid
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Theme customization (Dawn, Prestige, Motion, etc.)
• Experience with Shopify 2.0
• Understanding of UX/UI and eCommerce best practices
• Ability to work with Figma, XD, or graphic files
• Experience with 3rd-party app integrations
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and attention to detail

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Shopify Plus
• Knowledge of SEO and structured data
• Experience with Page Builders (PageFly / Shogun)
• Understanding of speed optimization techniques
• Familiarity with backend APIs (REST & GraphQL)
• Experience with multiple marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
