Shopify Developer 5+ yrs-Remote -Contract

We are looking for an experienced Shopify Developer to design, develop, and maintain custom eCommerce websites using Shopify and Shopify Plus. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of front-end and back-end development, app integrations, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify stores and themes.

Implement custom Shopify sections, templates, and Liquid-based functionalities.

Integrate third-party apps and APIs (payment gateways, CRM, ERP, etc.).

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to store functionality, design, or performance.

Optimize website performance for speed, SEO, and conversion rate.

Collaborate with designers, marketers, and backend teams to ensure smooth user experience.

Migrate data and functionalities from other eCommerce platforms to Shopify.

Implement and maintain Shopify Plus features (if applicable).

Stay updated with Shopify’s latest updates, APIs, and best practices.

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in Shopify Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and jQuery.

Experience with Shopify Theme Kit, Hydrogen, or Polaris framework.

Knowledge of REST and GraphQL APIs.

Familiarity with version control tools like Git/GitHub.

Experience with Shopify Plus, custom app development, and private app integration is a plus.

Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Good understanding of SEO principles, page speed optimization, and UX best practices.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
