About the Role

We are looking for a Shopify Developer in Dubai.

You will work on active Shopify stores, improve existing themes, fix technical issues, optimize performance and support integrations with internal and external systems.

This is a hands on role for someone who understands Shopify, clean code and real e commerce requirements.

Your Main Tasks

Shopify Development

Customize and improve Shopify themes
Work with Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Build product pages, collection pages and landing pages
Create reusable sections and templates
Improve existing store structures

Frontend and Performance

Fix layout issues and mobile bugs
Improve loading speed and usability
Optimize images, scripts and assets
Improve responsive design
Support SEO and conversion improvements

APIs and Integrations

Work with Shopify REST and GraphQL APIs
Support app integrations and third party tools
Connect Shopify with ERP, CRM, logistics, payment or reporting systems
Troubleshoot product, order, customer and data issues
Improve tracking, pixels, GA4 and Google Tag Manager setups

Code Quality

Keep code clean and structured
Test changes before deployment
Document important changes
Avoid unnecessary complexity
Work with Git or similar version control

Required Skills

Strong experience with Shopify Liquid
Strong frontend skills with HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Experience with Shopify theme development
Experience with responsive and mobile first development
Understanding of Shopify APIs, REST or GraphQL
Experience with app integrations and custom store features
Good understanding of e commerce workflows
Ability to solve technical problems independently
Clean and structured working style
Attention to detail

Nice to Have

Shopify Plus experience
React, Next.js or modern JavaScript frameworks
Headless commerce experience
Shopify Functions
Custom Shopify apps
Klaviyo, GA4 or Google Tag Manager experience
ERP, CRM, logistics or payment integrations
Performance optimization experience
Technical SEO knowledge

Not a Fit If You

Only install apps without real development work
Write messy theme code
Ignore performance and mobile usability
Make changes without testing
Want to rebuild everything without understanding the existing store first
Are mainly a designer without real Shopify development experience
