Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily Shopify orders and dispatch operations
- Process, verify, and prepare online customer orders for shipment
- Coordinate with warehouse team for packing and stock availability
- Create shipping labels, courier bookings, and tracking updates
- Monitor pending, shipped, delivered, and returned orders
- Handle order issues, cancellations, and return management
- Supervise dispatch staff and ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain dispatch reports and order accuracy
Requirements:
- 2-4 years experience in Shopify order management or dispatch operations
- Strong knowledge of Shopify dashboard and order processing
- Knowledge of courier portals and shipment tracking
- Team management and problem-solving skills
- Good command of Excel and computer systems
