SHOPIFY DISPATCH MANAGER

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily Shopify orders and dispatch operations
  • Process, verify, and prepare online customer orders for shipment
  • Coordinate with warehouse team for packing and stock availability
  • Create shipping labels, courier bookings, and tracking updates
  • Monitor pending, shipped, delivered, and returned orders
  • Handle order issues, cancellations, and return management
  • Supervise dispatch staff and ensure smooth workflow
  • Maintain dispatch reports and order accuracy

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years experience in Shopify order management or dispatch operations
  • Strong knowledge of Shopify dashboard and order processing
  • Knowledge of courier portals and shipment tracking
  • Team management and problem-solving skills
  • Good command of Excel and computer systems
