Shopify E-Commerce Intern

Uplift Pakistan is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Intern to assist in managing and growing our online store. This internship offers hands-on experience in product listing, order management, customer support, and digital marketing in the fast-growing e-commerce industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Add and manage product listings on the e-commerce website.
• Ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate.
• Assist in processing orders and coordinating with the logistics team.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, returns, and products.
• Help create content for product pages, promotions, and campaigns.
• Conduct market and competitor research to improve sales strategies.
• Assist in website updates and basic SEO improvements.
• Monitor sales data, customer feedback, and website performance.

Requirements:

• Student or graduate in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, or other e-commerce platforms.
• Understanding of SEO, digital marketing, or online sales is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Canva/Photoshop.
• Good communication and strong attention to detail.
