Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Shopify Website Manager to lead the management and optimization of our e-commerce platform. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining an engaging online storefront and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Your expertise in digital marketing, website management, and e-commerce will drive growth and elevate our brand presence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Shopify e-commerce website, ensuring content accuracy, product listings, and site functionality.
• Manage product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing updates to optimize customer engagement and conversion rates.
• Analyze website performance using Google Analytics and other tools to identify opportunities for improvement and implement data-driven enhancements.
• Coordinate with sales and product teams to manage inventory levels, promotions, and new product launches on the platform.
• Monitor advertising campaigns across Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and other channels to maximize ROI and brand visibility.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms with a strong understanding of website optimization techniques.
• Demonstrated knowledge of SEO best practices, digital marketing strategies, and social media marketing channels.
• Familiarity with HTML coding, WordPress (as a complementary CMS), and basic research skills for market analysis.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging product descriptions and promotional content.
• Experience with Google Analytics, marketing automation tools, email marketing platforms, and performance tracking.
• Knowledge of print advertising methods is a plus but not required.
