Shopify & WordPress Developer – Full-Stack eCommerce Expert (On-Site, Sialkot)

We work with 6–7 figure brands across supplements, beauty, fitness, household, and consumer goods — and we don't operate like a traditional agency. We function as a strategic growth partner focused on profitability, conversion, and long-term brand dominance.

We're hiring a Shopify & WordPress Developer to own end-to-end store development for our portfolio brands and high-value clients. This is not a "tweak a theme" role. We need an operator who can build, optimize, and scale stores that convert.

What You'll Own

• Build complete Shopify stores from scratch — theme setup, custom sections, app integrations, checkout optimization, and full launch readiness.
• Develop and maintain WordPress / WooCommerce websites end-to-end — custom themes, plugins, performance tuning, and security hardening.
• Stay ahead of the latest Shopify apps, AI-powered eCommerce tools, and conversion stack trends — and recommend what actually moves revenue.
• Implement AI tools and automation across stores (chatbots, personalization engines, AI product recommendations, content automation, AI-driven CRO).
• Optimize site speed, Core Web Vitals, mobile UX, and on-page SEO for ranking and conversion.
• Integrate third-party tools — Klaviyo, payment gateways, shipping apps, subscription apps, reviews, analytics (GA4, Meta Pixel, server-side tracking).
• Build landing pages and funnels that convert — not just look pretty.
• Troubleshoot bugs, theme conflicts, plugin issues, and checkout breakages with speed.
• Work directly with our design, content, and marketing teams to ship fast.

What We Require (Non-Negotiable)

• 3+ years of hands-on Shopify development (Liquid, sections, custom theme work, Shopify CLI, app integrations).
• 3+ years of WordPress / WooCommerce development (custom themes, plugin customization, Elementor / Gutenberg, WPBakery if needed).
• Proven portfolio of live Shopify and WordPress stores you've built or significantly upgraded.
• Strong working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, and basic Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with the latest trending Shopify apps and AI eCommerce tools (e.g., AI personalization, AI search, automated email/SMS, conversion apps).
• Solid grasp of site speed optimization, schema, technical SEO, and mobile-first design.
• Experience integrating Klaviyo, GA4, Meta Pixel, and tag managers correctly.
• Ability to own projects end-to-end without hand-holding — we're hiring a doer, not a ticket-taker.
• Fluent written English for documentation and client-facing notes.

Bonus Points

• Headless Shopify (Hydrogen / Next.js) experience.
• Custom Shopify app development.
• Figma to pixel-perfect store conversion.
• Experience with high-volume DTC brands.
• Familiarity with CRO frameworks and A/B testing tools.
