Short-Form Video Editor & Distributor (Remote)

Job Summary
We are hiring a Short-Form Video Editor & Distributor to repurpose long-form videos into high-volume short-form content.

This role is not creative direction and not marketing strategy. It is about editing, formatting, captioning, and posting content consistently based on clear instructions.

If you like structure, checklists, and repeatable work, this is a great fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Edit long-form videos into short clips for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts • Add clean, readable captions (CapCut or similar) • Format videos correctly for each platform • Save finished clips into organized folders • Schedule or post content based on instructions • Repurpose the same footage into multiple clips

You will be given: • Raw footage via Google Drive • Clear instructions on what to cut and where to post • Caption style examples

What You Will NOT Be Doing

• Creating content ideas • Writing marketing strategy • Designing branding • Managing people • Analyzing performance

This is an execution role, not a thinking role.

Required Skills

• Strong short-form editing skills • Experience with CapCut (required) • Understanding of Reels / TikTok formatting • Good English reading comprehension • Ability to follow instructions exactly • Reliable internet and communication

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Experience repurposing podcasts or long videos • Familiarity with real estate or business content • Experience posting or scheduling content

Workload & Growth

• Starting with ~40 short videos per month • Work is consistent and ongoing • Opportunity for more hours and higher pay if performance is strong
