Short-Form Video Editor & Shooter

We’re building a large personal brand focused on entrepreneurship and business in Pakistan across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts & Facebook Reels.

We are looking for a serious, skilled short-form video editor who wants to grow fast, learn business & personal branding, and become part of a long-term journey.

This is NOT a freelance gig.
This is a long-term, full-time opportunity to grow with a brand from Day 0.

Islamabad / Rawalpindi (On-site)

The Role

Your MAIN strength must be editing viral talking-head content.

You will be responsible for:

• Editing daily Instagram/TikTok/YouTube reels
• Writing captions & subtitles
• Creating engaging pacing, hooks & pattern interrupts
• Understanding what makes short-form content viral
• Shooting talking-head videos (mobile setup)
• Helping build a content machine from scratch

This role is 70% editing + 30% shooting/content support.

You will be given content direction and strategy — your job is to bring it to life.

Who We’re Looking For

You are NOT a beginner.

You already:

• Have experience editing reels/shorts
• Understand hooks, retention & fast pacing
• Follow social media trends
• Know CapCut / Premiere Pro / After Effects (any combo)
• Can edit captions, jump cuts, zooms, animations, emojis, SFX

You enjoy content. You consume content. You think about content.

You want to get REALLY good at this.

Hiring Process

We hire through a 14-day paid trial:

• You’ll work with us for 2 weeks
• You’ll be paid for the trial
• If it’s a great fit → full-time offer

This protects both sides and ensures the right long-term match

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
