This is not a traditional videographer, journalist, or TV video role. We are looking for a short-form social media content creator who can script, shoot, edit, and upload high-engagement videos designed to grow the Eduardo Joy / FIRE brand and increase leads.

The Role

You are the engine behind Eduardo's digital presence. Your daily output: Script, shoot, edit, and publish ~7 high-impact short-form videos daily across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts — content that turns scrollers into followers and followers into clients.

Compensation & Benefits
Full-time salary — not freelance, not project-based
Based on experience — flexible based on skill and output

Location

This role is based in Arizona. Candidates must live in Arizona or be willing to relocate to Arizona to support Eduardo Joy’s content needs directly.

What You'll Be Doing
Script, shoot, edit, and upload short-form video content for social media (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
Edit and upload approximately 7 short-form videos per day across platforms
Create high-engagement short clips designed to increase leads and grow the brand
Write or support viral-style scripts with strong hooks, pacing, and clear messaging
Edit short-form videos with an understanding of attention, retention, captions, and storytelling
Repurpose Eduardo Joy’s existing content into platform-ready clips
Spot and act on viral trends before they peak and apply them before the competition does
Keep content aligned with Eduardo’s voice, message, audience, and brand
Capture authentic moments with Eduardo — in office, in the field, and behind the scenes — no staged content
Own the daily publishing pipeline independently, without hand-holding

What We're Looking For
Proven experience editing video for social media designed to go viral — not TV, not traditional journalism
Strong command of CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or modern equivalents
Experience writing viral scripts or supporting viral script development
Ability to go from concept to publish independently: script, camera, edit, upload
Fluent in Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking) — non-negotiable
Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, captions, retention, and platform trends
Preferred experience in self-help, coaching, personal development, or education space
Must live in Arizona or be willing to relocate to Arizona.
