Short-Term Infant Nanny Needed (Full-Time) – Broomfield, CO

A private household in Broomfield is seeking an experienced, reliable, and nurturing nanny to provide full-time care for a 4-month-old infant during a short-term transition period. This is a full-time role with guaranteed hours and the potential to transition into a longer-term position for the right candidate.

Position Details

• Location: Broomfield, CO
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 AM–4:00 PM (some flexibility)
• Hours: 40 hours per week (guaranteed)
• Start Date: March 23 or as soon as possible
• Duration: Approximately 6–13 weeks
• Pay: $30/hour
• Employment Type: Temporary, full-time (with potential extension)

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for a 4-month-old infant
• Bottle feeding, diapering, naps, and safe sleep practices
• Tummy time, age-appropriate play, and daily routines
• Neighborhood walks (no driving required)
• Washing and sanitizing baby bottles
• Infant laundry and light child-related tidying
• Occasional toddler laundry and toy pickup (toddler is typically in school)

Qualifications

• Experience caring for infants under 6 months
• Infant CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong understanding of infant safety and safe sleep guidelines
• Reliable, communicative, and calm demeanor
• Comfortable working in a home where parents are present and two easy dogs are in the home (no pet care required)
• Willingness to work as a household employee (W-2)

Nice to Have

• Infant specialist training, doula experience, or similar credentials
• Willingness to assist with occasional additional household tasks for extra pay

This role is ideal for a nanny who values structure, infant development, and providing consistent, high-quality care in a calm home environment.
