We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in short term rentals/airbnbs, checking units others have cleaned, meeting clients at first cleans, tracking laundry and making sure cleaners have what’s needed. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service and the ability to work independently with integrity. The manager will play a crucial role in ensuring that all areas are clean, safe, and welcoming for clients and guests. Along with troubleshooting issues for clients and cleaners.

Our industry lives and dies by reviews. We require a maintained level of cleanliness. This is not for everyone! But the perfect position for the right person. The job is flexible, but busy days will require your attendance. We work 7 days a week between 10am and 4pm, with most days being done in a shorter amount of time. Not all days will have cleans, schedule is highly dependent on bookings.

This is a pay per job 1099 position. There is a set pay for each property. The pay is set to average $30/hr, for a manager that also cleans, and $15/hr for a manager who doesn’t clean. In cases where the property was left in an excessive state, additional compensation will be provided in line with the additional time required.

Responsibilities

  • Follow a checklist to reset and sanitize short term rentals
  • Have an eye for the details, they matter!
  • Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in all areas.
  • Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch surfaces to maintain hygiene standards.
  • Notifying hosts of any issues at the property, including broken items, stained linen, items needed restocked, missing items etc. - including information provided by cleaners
  • Cleaning all linens and towels and making beds
  • Resetting any needed items within the short term rental
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
  • Assist with housekeeping management tasks, ensuring that all supplies are stocked and organized.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of cleaned areas to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Providing all required photos in app.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures while using cleaning equipment and chemicals.
  • Assist cleaners as needed
  • Address client needs and communicate our needs clearly

Qualifications

  • Self Motivated
  • Your own transportation. As you will be moving between multiple properties you must have your own transportation.
  • Working smart phone with the ability to download 2 required apps, and take and upload required photos
  • Cleaning supplies - we will provide a list of needed items
  • Previous experience in residential or hote/commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.

  • Familiarity with cleaning products and uses - no TikTok cleaning hacks
  • Integrity - this is so important!
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients/managers.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. We need you to notice the things others don’t!
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 25 per week
