Job Vacancy – Shovel Loader Operator (ADNOC Project Experience Required)

CHCI is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Shovel Loader Operator for an ADNOC project site in Abu Dhabi. Only candidates with prior ADNOC project experience and valid UAE licenses will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the shovel loader (wheel loader) for loading, transporting, and stockpiling materials on site.
• Assist in site preparation, backfilling, and removal of surplus material as per site requirements.
• Conduct daily equipment checks and routine maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Follow all safety protocols and ADNOC procedures during operations.
• Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors for task execution.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience operating shovel loaders on infrastructure or foundation projects.
• Valid UAE heavy equipment operator license (Loader category).
• Mandatory ADNOC project experience.
• Familiarity with site safety procedures, permit-to-work system, and basic equipment troubleshooting.
• Ability to work in coordination with site teams and under pressure.
