Shovel operator

We are looking to hire a shovel Operator who will be responsible for the efficient and safe operation and maintenance of heavy equipment (bulldozers) at various project sites. The ideal candidate must ensure the smooth operation of the equipment while adhering to safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the shovel for loading, excavation, and material handling activities as instructed.
• Ensure proper functioning of the machine through daily pre-start inspections and basic maintenance checks.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and the site team to ensure timely completion of assigned work.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies during operation.
• Report any mechanical issues, damages, or incidents immediately to the Manager.
• Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness of the equipment at all times.
• Support other equipment or site activities as directed by the Manager.

Qualifications

• A valid UAE Shovel Operator (Heavy Tractor) license is essential.
• A valid UAE visa
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English to understand work instructions.
• Knowledge of safe work practices and site safety standards.

Pay: AED3,500.00 per month
