Shovel Operator / Heavy Vehicle Driver

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Shovel Operator / Heavy Vehicle Driver to join our team in KEZAD ( Abu Dhabi ). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience operating heavy machinery in a construction or industrial environment, with a strong commitment to safety and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate wheel loaders (shovels) and other heavy vehicles to move, load, or stockpile materials.
• Perform pre-operational checks, including fluid levels, tire pressure, and greasing, to ensure equipment is in top condition.
• Adhere strictly to site safety protocols and UAE traffic regulations to prevent accidents and damage.
• Coordinate with site supervisors to meet daily production targets and assist in loading transit mixers or trailers.
• Maintain accurate daily logs of machine hours, fuel consumption, and any mechanical issues.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid UAE Heavy Equipment/Heavy Vehicle Driving License (Category 6 and/or 8).
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience operating shovels or heavy vehicles, preferably within the concrete or construction industry.
• Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance on heavy machinery.
• Basic English communication skills (verbal); knowledge of Hindi or Arabic is an advantage.
• Ready to work in shifts and adapt to the demands of a fast-paced site environment.
