Show-Up Conversion Specialist (Outbound Caller)

We’re looking for a results-driven caller who knows how to get people to take action.
As a Show-Up Conversion Specialist, your primary mission is simple: turn customers into actual event attendees. You’ll be calling leads who recently purchased a workshop ticket and existing students, confirming their attendance, overcoming objections, and ensuring they show up to our in-person events.
This is not a passive customer service role. This is a performance-based position for someone who is confident on the phone, thrives on targets, and takes ownership of results.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to warm leads and existing students
- Confirm attendance for upcoming in-person events
- Follow proven scripts while maintaining a natural, confident tone
- Handle objections and hesitations effectively
- Build urgency and excitement around attending the event
- Accurately update call outcomes and notes in the CRM
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly call targets
- Collaborate with team leaders to continuously improve performance
Performance Expectations (Non-Negotiable)
- Call Volume: 100+ outbound calls per day
- Contact Rate: Consistently connect with a high percentage of leads
- Confirmation Rate: Convert conversations into committed attendees
- Show-Up Rate: Your performance is measured by how many people actually attend
Accountability Standards:
- Calls are tracked and reviewed for quality
- Script adherence and call effectiveness matter
- You are expected to continuously improve through coaching and feedback
This role is for individuals who take ownership of their numbers, not those who make excuses.
Compensation Structure
- $20/hour base pay
- Performance-based incentives tied to: Show-up rates
Earning Potential:

Ideal Candidate Profile
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is confident and comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
- Has strong communication and persuasion skills
- Can handle objections without getting discouraged
- Is goal-oriented and motivated by performance metrics
- Is coachable and open to feedback
- Has Real Estate Knowledge or Background (preferred but not required)
