Shower Glass Installer

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shower Glass Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality glass shower enclosures and related fixtures, ensuring precise fit and finish to enhance our clients’ bathrooms. Your expertise in glass installation, carpentry, and construction will help deliver beautiful, durable results that exceed customer expectations. Responsibilities

• Measure and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately install shower glass and fixtures.
• Prepare work sites by framing, trimming, and performing metal stud framing as needed for secure installations.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to cut, shape, and assemble glass panels and supporting structures.
• Install shower doors, glass panels, fixtures, cabinetry, and trim carpentry components with precision.
• Perform caulking, sealing, and waterproofing to ensure leak-proof installations that meet safety standards.
• Conduct heavy lifting of glass panels and related materials safely while maintaining proper handling techniques.
• Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects, including drywall installation, painting, and fixture hanging to complete bathroom upgrades seamlessly.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction estimating, blueprint reading, and schematic interpretation within a remodeling or manufacturing environment.
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment specific to glass installation and carpentry tasks.
• Strong background in construction site experience including framing, metal stud framing, drywall finishing, and remodeling projects.
• Knowledge of fixture installation such as doors, cabinets, trim carpentry, and metal framing components.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during installation processes.
• Familiarity with schematics related to plumbing fixtures and glass fabrication drawings is highly desirable.
• Handyman experience or construction painting skills are a plus for versatile project support.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
