Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct property showings for prospective buyers and renters in a professional and timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized property tours.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available listings, market trends, and neighborhood information.
• Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for real estate agents.
• Provide feedback from showings to agents and clients to support the sales process.
• Ensure properties are presented in optimal condition during showings, reporting any issues to the appropriate parties.
• Support the real estate team with administrative tasks as needed to facilitate smooth transactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in real estate or related fields is a plus
• Valid real estate license is required
• Previous experience in real estate, customer service, or administrative roles preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required to conduct property showings
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
• Proficient in using smartphones, email, and real estate software or apps
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of local real estate market and property types is advantageous
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
