Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales agents to guide clients on their journey to finding the perfect home
  • Valid real estate license (or ability to obtain one) is required
  • Provide detailed written feedback to sharpen and refine clients’ home search
  • Write and negotiate offers alongside the sales agent and their clients
  • Dedicate at least 10 hours per week to purposeful lead generation
  • Be an active part of team events, masterminds, and training opportunities
  • Commit to weekly coaching, training sessions, and All Partner Calls
  • Leverage PLACE Technology to track tasks and stay accountable

  • Comfortable with travel and time spent driving clients to showings
  • Strong ability to listen deeply and match clients’ needs with the right homes
  • Ambitious, accountable, and ready to succeed
  • High school diploma required; real estate license required
