Showroom Associate

Urban Rattan Furniture is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Showroom Incharge to manage our Dubai showroom operations. This role combines hands-on responsibility for showroom management, including opening/closing procedures, visual merchandising, and customer engagement, with the technical skill of creating basic shop drawings for furniture designs. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with a passion for furniture and interior aesthetics, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while supporting our project needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Showroom Management:
• Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing the showroom at scheduled hours
• Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Manage inventory display, ensuring stock levels are monitored and reported to the management team.
• Visual Display & Merchandising:
• Design and maintain attractive visual displays to showcase furniture products (e.g., sunbeds, dining sets, and umbrellas from the Sunproof Collection).
• Collaborate with the sales and design teams to align displays with current projects, such as the City Center Residences landscape furniture initiative.
• Update displays seasonally or as per marketing campaigns, ensuring compliance with brand standards.
• Customer Interaction:
• Greet and assist clients, providing product information and addressing inquiries about warranties and delivery timelines.
• Support sales efforts by highlighting product features, such as weatherproof and UV-protected fabrics.
• Administrative Duties:
• Maintain records of showroom activities, including visitor logs and sales leads.
• Report daily/weekly updates to management, including stock status and customer feedback.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, including payment terms and quotation validity .
