Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused individual to help manage our showroom and support daily operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and creating a welcoming environment for customers. While the primary responsibilities are administrative and customer-facing, there is also an opportunity to learn the kitchen and bath design industry and potentially grow into a larger role within the company.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the showroom during scheduled business hours
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Monitor and respond to email communications
• Greet walk-in customers and gather preliminary project information
• Schedule consultations and manage calendars
• Maintain customer lead records and project information
• Assist with showroom organization and presentation
• Coordinate communication between customers, designers, and project staff
• Support general office operations and administrative tasks
• Assist with marketing and social media projects as needed

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Comfortable using computers, email, and scheduling software
• Professional and friendly demeanor
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Bonus Qualifications

Experience in any of the following is helpful but not required:

• Interior design
• Kitchen and bath design
• Construction or remodeling
• Real estate
• Sales or customer service
• Office administration
