Showroom Design Assistant

Position Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Showroom Assistant to support our sales and design team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has a passion for design, and is eager to grow into a sales position with on-the-job training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome showroom visitors; serve as the first point of contact
• Participate in client meeting and take detailed notes
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist with general inquiries
• Assist in preparing quotes and gathering specification sheets for sold jobs
• Coordinate and deliver samples to customers, designers, and builders
• Follow up on quotes according to established cadence
• Confirm showroom appointments and prepare materials, including samples and slab viewings
• Support the sales team with various tasks and projects as needed
• Receive on-the-job training with potential to grow into a sales role
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom environment
• Track and manage sample inventory, ensuring availability and timely restocking
• Assist with data entry and updates to keep client records accurate and current

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Interest in design and customer service
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and grown within the company and industry
• Previous experience in a showroom, design or customer-facing role is a plus

Pay: $23.49 - $28.29 per hour
