About Atlas Atlas Interiors Co. is a 100-year-old, family-owned interior design center in Cherry Hill, NJ. We started as Atlas Wallpaper & Paint a century ago, and today we serve Greater Philadelphia and the shore communities with wallpaper, flooring, paint, window treatments, custom furniture, and full design services — all under one roof at 1617 W. Route 70. New ownership, new energy, and a clear growth vision.

The Role You're the designer behind the counter. You greet customers, understand what they're trying to accomplish, and guide them through our wallpaper, flooring, paint, and design selections. You write the order, you follow up, and you make sure every customer interaction feels like Atlas — careful, knowledgeable, and personal. This position will require work on most Saturdays.

Sales and Customer Interaction

• Engage with customers in our showroom, understanding their needs and guiding them through wallpaper, flooring, paint, and design selections
• Provide decorating and design advice to simplify the customers' buying decisions
• Write and process sales orders, ensuring timely and professional follow-up
• Build long-term relationships with customers so they come back to Atlas for their next project

Product & Design Expertise

• Develop deep product knowledge across wallpaper, flooring, fabrics, paint, and window treatments
• Stay current on new collections, trends, and brand partners (Hunter Douglas, Mannington, Armstrong, and more)
• Pull samples, prepare boards, and present options in a way that helps customers decide with confidence
• Wallpaper is core to who we are — you'll become an expert and a go-to resource for our customers

Showroom Support

• Help maintain our sample libraries — clean, current, and easy to navigate
• Keep the showroom organized and visually presentable
• Receive and log new product samples as they come in
• Support trunk shows, vendor events, and brand activations hosted at the showroom

Who You Are

• A natural with customers — warm, present, a good listener
• Has design sensibility — you can pull together a look, talk through finishes, and explain why a wallpaper works in a space
• Curious about wallpaper, fabrics, and finishes, and excited to go deeper
• Organized — you can manage your own customers, orders, and follow-ups without dropping balls
• Reliable, professional, and showroom-ready every day
• Comfortable on your feet, lifting samples, climbing ladders when the job calls for it
• Tech-comfortable enough to learn our order and inventory systems

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
