Showroom Host & Digital Brand Ambassador

At Park Lane Motors , we are redefining the showroom experience. We aren’t just looking for a receptionist; we are looking for a Showroom Host & Digital Brand Ambassador to be the heartbeat of our showroom and the face of our social media.

This is a high-visibility, dual-impact role. You will manage the "Vibe" of our Park Lane showroom while simultaneously building our digital empire through daily content creation.

1. The VIP Welcome (In-Person)

• Provide a world-class "Park Lane" greeting to every guest.
• Manage the showroom flow, salesman rotation, and premium hospitality (coffee/refreshments).
• Ensure the showroom is always in "Photoshoot" condition.

2. The Digital Pulse (On-Camera)

• Be the face and voice of our Instagram and TikTok.
• Create daily "Behind the Scenes" content, car walkarounds, and "Just Sold" celebration reels.
• Work with our sales team to turn every handover into a viral moment.

3. The Traffic Controller (Admin)

• Master the Eskimo CRM —instantly capturing walk-in data so no lead is left behind.
• Coordinate with our Retention Specialist to greet returning VIP clients by name.

• Camera-Ready: You are a social media native. You know how to film, edit (CapCut/Instagram), and you speak naturally and charismatically on camera.
• The Ultimate Host: You have a background in luxury hospitality, high-end retail, or perhaps you’re former Cabin Crew. You understand the "Art of Service."
• Tech-Savvy & Organized: You can juggle a ringing phone, a walk-in client, and a CRM update without breaking a sweat.
• High Energy: You don't just "do" the job; you bring the "FOMO" to our social media and the "VIP Vibe" to our floor.

• 3x Stories Per Day: New arrivals, BTS, and customer handovers.
• 1x Reel Per Day: Using trending audio to showcase the Park Lane lifestyle.
• CRM Excellence: Ensuring 100% accuracy of lead sources for every walk-in guest.
