Showroom In-charge-Sanitary Ware

We are looking for a competent and experienced [ Sanitary Ware ]showroom in charge to join our team and contribute to our growth and success

Job Accountabilities :

Ensure sales targets are achieved by driving sales and showroom operations and product management through the team

Meet sales goals by training ,motivating ,mentoring ,and providing frequent feedback to team members

Analyze commercial sales report on weakly basis and take necessary actions to maximize sales

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service

Motivate employees to achieve company goals and surpass their personal targets

Implement all company training programs effectively in order to train and develop the sales team

Ensure showroom is neat and well organized

Requirements :

A completed Bachelor's Degree

Minimum 3-5 Years of experience in Sanitary Ware

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Basic IT Skills

Fluent in Arabic& English

Strong leadership and customer service skills

Good communication and Organizational abilities

Proven ability to lead ,supervise and motivate a team

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
