The Showroom Manager will oversee the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities include managing customer service, developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, mentoring and leading a team, and ensuring the showroom space is optimized for maximum customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and maintaining high Customer Experience standards
• Proven experience and expertise in Sales and Showroom management
• Effective communication, leadership, and team management abilities
• Demonstrable ability to foster a positive work environment and drive team performance
• Knowledge of the automotive industry is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
