Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Showroom Manager to oversee our architectural showroom operations in the UAE. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day showroom activities, drive sales of architectural and interior products, and provide expert guidance to architects, designers, contractors, and clients. This role requires strong sales, leadership, and product knowledge skills to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesShowroom Operations & Management

  • Oversee daily operations of the showroom, ensuring an organized, welcoming, and professional environment.
  • Manage inventory, product displays, and stock levels to ensure timely availability for clients.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for timely delivery and product updates.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality protocols.

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive sales growth of architectural and interior products by identifying opportunities and converting leads.
  • Engage with architects, interior designers, developers, and contractors to promote products and solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients and design consultants.
  • Track sales performance, monitor KPIs, and implement strategies to achieve targets.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
  • Provide technical guidance and product knowledge to support client decision-making.
  • Handle client inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Organize showroom events, product demonstrations, and client presentations.

Team Management

  • Lead, train, and supervise showroom staff to ensure high performance and customer service standards.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and staff development sessions.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented showroom culture.

RequirementsEducation & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing showrooms or sales operations in the architectural, building materials, or interior design sector.
  • UAE experience preferred.

Technical & Product Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of architectural and interior products, including finishes, hardware, cladding, and façade solutions.
  • Ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and showroom management tools; CRM knowledge is an advantage.

  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.

  • Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.

  • Knowledge of UAE building codes, standards, and project execution requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED11,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
