Job Description: Showroom Manager (Female Candidate)

Reporting To: Sales Head / Business Owner

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, presentable, and customer-focused Female Showroom Manager to independently manage showroom and reception operations. The role involves handling walk-in clients, managing leads and records, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting marketing and HR initiatives. The candidate will act as the face of our brand while showcasing premium wall cladding products used for interior and exterior décor.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day showroom and reception operations independently.
• Greet and handle walk-in clients, understand their requirements, and suggest appropriate wall cladding solutions.
• Maintain and regularly update Excel sheets for leads, walk-ins, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Take complete ownership of lead management, including timely follow-ups and coordination with the sales team.
• Ensure proper documentation of client details, inquiries, quotations, and follow-up status.
• Coordinate and arrange events, exhibitions, or promotional activities in collaboration with the HR and marketing teams.
• Maintain showroom displays, samples, and overall visual presentation standards.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and front-desk responsibilities in a professional manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client servicing and order execution.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
• Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities independently.
• Organized, proactive, and professional attitude.
• Prior experience in showroom operations or client-facing roles is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in interiors, exteriors, wall cladding, tiles, paints, construction materials, or décor industry will be an added advantage.
