Showroom Manager & Interior Design Sales (Bilingual)

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, bilingual professional to manage our showroom and guide clients through their luxury tile and stone projects. You will be the face of Shine Stone Tile, ensuring an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

Duties

• Sales & Consulting: Guide customers through natural stone, tile, and quartz selection, creating design solutions for residential and commercial projects.
• Management: Maintain impeccable showroom standards, coordinate slab/tile appointments, and oversee daily operations.
• Administration: Handle CRM, process purchase orders, accurate invoicing, and project follow-up.

Skills

• Proven management experience in retail or showroom environments with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong bilingual communication skills to serve diverse clientele effectively.
• Excellent negotiation skills to close sales and handle customer inquiries confidently.
• Demonstrated ability in recruiting, training & development of team members.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems, POS software, cash handling, and retail math calculations.
• Skilled in merchandising, pricing strategies, purchasing processes, and stock control.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Effective leadership qualities with experience in shift management and employee supervision.
• Strong customer service orientation combined with phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of marketing techniques relevant to retail interior design products.
• Ability to perform administrative tasks including budgeting, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and record keeping.
