Showroom Marketing & Business Development Manager

SHOWROOM MARKETING & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER Location: Miami, FL (Wynwood or Pinecrest) Job Type: Full-Time Cabana Miami is looking for an energetic and results-driven professional to help grow our brand, generate new business opportunities, and support our expanding showroom operations. This is not a remote position. The role is based in one of our Miami showrooms and combines marketing, business development, networking, lead generation, and customer engagement. RESPONSIBILITIES • Generate qualified leads and business opportunities • Build relationships with architects, designers, developers, and hospitality professionals • Manage social media and marketing initiatives • Coordinate email marketing campaigns and CRM follow-up • Organize showroom events and networking opportunities • Create and coordinate content for digital platforms • Follow up with prospective clients and industry contacts • Assist visitors and clients in the showroom when needed REQUIREMENTS • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Self-motivated and highly organized • Comfortable speaking with clients and industry professionals • Experience in marketing, business development, sales, hospitality, design, or related industries • Proficient with social media and digital marketing tools • English required • Spanish is a plus THIS POSITION IS NOT FOR SOMEONE WHO • Is looking for a remote job • Wants to spend the day browsing social media • Requires constant supervision • Is uncomfortable speaking with clients and building relationships WHAT WE OFFER • Competitive base salary • Performance bonuses • Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company • Creative and entrepreneurial work environment • Direct exposure to the design, hospitality, and luxury residential industries TO APPLY Please submit your resume and answer the following:
