Showroom Receptionist / Cabinet Designer (Bilingual English & Spanish)

We are a building materials company in Los Angeles specializing in flooring, cabinets, and quartz countertops.
We are looking for a Bilingual Receptionist (English & Spanish) with cabinet design experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate will greet and assist customers, handle calls and emails, and help create cabinet designs and quotes using 2020 Design and QuickBooks. You will also support the sales team and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in English and Spanish
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Assist customers with cabinet selections and design
• Create cabinet drawings and quotes using 2020 Design
• Prepare invoices and purchase orders in QuickBooks
• Maintain organized records of customer files and orders
• Perform general office duties (data entry, filing, email communication)

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
• Experience in cabinet design and 2020 Design software (required)
• Familiar with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Experience in a cabinet, construction, or interior design company preferred
