• Spanish Speaking (Fluent in Speaking and Writing)
• Customer-Facing Role: personable and responsible individual willing to provide quality customer service.
• Previous Sales Experience: PREFERABLY in the field of interior home improvement products
• Proficient Computer Literacy: Microsoft Word & Excel, Google Workspace, Typing 40WPM,
• Capable of learning/using Point of Sale and Cabinetry Designing programs.

We are seeking motivated Sales Associates to join our team at J Stone & Cabinet. In this role, you will play a vital part in helping customers select the right products for their home improvement projects while delivering outstanding service. Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Assist customers in selecting kitchen and bath materials that fit their vision and budget.
• Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain an organized sales floor, ensuring displays are attractive and well-stocked.
• Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card processing.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the customer experience.
• Stay informed about product features, benefits, and industry trends to effectively assist customers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong selling skills with a focus on upselling techniques.
• Basic knowledge of interior design principles is a plus.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
• Familiarity with retail math concepts is beneficial.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn about our products.
