Showroom Sales Consultant (Drapery Focus Preferred)

We’re a family-owned window treatment company growing across the Carolinas, and we’re looking for someone to take ownership of our showroom experience.

This is a client-facing sales role for someone who enjoys working with people, guiding decisions, and creating a polished, high-end experience from the moment someone walks in.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Work directly with showroom clients from first conversation to sale
• Guide selections across shades, shutters, and drapery
• Create a welcoming, professional showroom experience
• Support overall store performance and client satisfaction
• Collaborate with our team throughout the project lifecycle

What We’re Looking For

• Sales experience (required)
• Drapery or interior design experience (strongly preferred)
• Confident communicator who can guide clients and close sales
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• You LOVE technology and systems to stay organized and efficient
• Someone who is motivated, dependable, and excited to grow with a team

Training

• Training will take place at our Charlotte showroom
• You’ll learn our products, systems, and sales approach
• Ongoing support from an experienced team

Compensation

• Base pay (hourly or salary) + performance-based bonus
• Additional earning tied to overall showroom performance
• Growth opportunities as the company expands
