As we continue to grow our Columbus and Dayton locations, we are seeking a Showroom Sales & Design Specialist to join our team.

The Role:

This is a unique hybrid role that blends wellness product sales and bathroom design consulting.

On the wellness side, you’ll help customers choose products such as hot tubs, swim spas, and saunas to support relaxation, recovery, and healthier living.

On the bathroom side, you’ll assist homeowners and contractors in selecting materials and layouts for beautiful shower and bath remodels.

This role requires someone who can adapt their selling style to different types of customers—from homeowners planning a bathroom renovation to customers exploring wellness products for their backyard or home owner and contracts for their homes.

Success in this position comes from listening well, understanding customer goals, and providing thoughtful recommendations.

The position can be based in either Columbus or Dayton, but team members will work between both locations.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and assist customers visiting our showrooms
• Understand each customer’s goals, space, and lifestyle needs
• Guide customers through hot tub, sauna, swim spa, and bathroom product options
• Demonstrate product features and benefits
• Help customers visualize solutions for their home or wellness space
• Manage leads from showroom visits, phone inquiries, and digital sources
• Follow up with prospects and maintain strong relationships
• Answer call and help triage / coordinate with delivery and service teams
• Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends
• Provide an exceptional customer experience from first conversation through installation

Projected Total Compensation: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
