Job Title: Showroom Sales Executive – Architectural Projects

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive with experience in architectural and construction-related products. The ideal candidate will handle showroom sales, coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and clients, and support architectural projects from inquiry to order completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend walk-in clients and professionally present architectural products (aluminum systems, façades, doors, windows, glass, fit-out materials, or related products).
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions for residential, commercial, and architectural projects.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, interior designers, contractors, and project managers.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and close sales deals.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, quotations, and sales progress.
  • Support project-related sales by coordinating with technical, estimation, and production teams.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by management.
  • Ensure showroom is well-maintained, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Stay updated on product specifications, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in showroom sales related to architectural, construction, or building materials.
  • Strong knowledge of architectural products (aluminum, façade systems, doors, windows, glass, or fit-out materials preferred).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to read basic drawings and understand project requirements (advantage).
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Arabic language skills are an advantage; English is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with architects and consultants in Saudi Arabia.
  • Understanding of project-based sales cycles.
  • Valid Saudi driving license (preferred).
